Hi there! We’re a family-owned co-hosting and cleaning team based right here in Lynchburg, Virginia.

Our story began a few years ago, when our family moved from Wrocław, Poland, to the U.S. At first, GladKey was a small cleaning service, but as we gained more experience (and more happy clients!), we expanded into short-term rental management, too.

We’re proud to keep things truly family-run. My husband handles all maintenance and repairs, our daughter handles social media and promotions, and I manage the cleaning side with our wonderful team, bringing over 21 years of professional cleaning experience in the U.S.

We love helping guests feel at home, making sure every space is sparkling clean, cozy, and ready for great memories. Family and friends are at the heart of everything we do, and we bring that same care, pride, and attention to detail into every property we manage.
